Integrative Massage Therapy
A customized massage designed to promote deep relaxation, improve circulation and release muscle tension and renew a heightened sense of well-being. Your specific needs will be addressed by incorporating a variety of techniques including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy
and Reiki.

 Hot Stone Massage Therapy
This massage combines Swedish techniques with the use of hot, oiled stones, soothing muscles and joints and calming the mind and spirit. The deep penetration of heat allows for a slow release of fatigue and tension from the muscles.
60 minutes - $50

 Reiki
A non-invasive technique that emphasizes touch rather than penetration. Hands are placed in special patterns allowing blocked channels to open and energy to flow freely. During a Reiki treatment you might experience a recharging, find clarity and/or energized enthusiasm for life. Reiki is said to feel like a warm, enhanced state of well being of the body, spirit and mind. Reiki healing energy activates the body's natural ability to heal itself.

Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy utilizes the natural essential oils of plants, herbs and flowers to positively influence the mind and body and to enhance emotional and physical well-being. Select one of our aromatherapy oils based on your personal needs:
  • Lavender - Relax with this light, sweet floral scent. Great for creating a calm sense of well-being.
  • Birch Sweet - Release and soothe minor muscular aches and pains with this invigorating wintergreen aroma.
  • "Refreshing Blend" - Renew your spirit with this cheerfully uplifting blend of lemon, geranium, rosewood, maychang and cedarwood.
